The My Profile page holds only information about
the user. The video below is a little out-dated, but it will give you tour of the website and show you how to edit your profile and hide the information you do not wish to share with all the Red Cross volunteers.
Please check your profile occasionally to ensure that your profile has your correct
address and
phone numbers. Also be sure you have the
emergency contact information completed in full. For example; if you were assisting at a Red Cross event and you needed to go the hospital because you slipped on some ice on your way in, who should be called? Be sure to enter as much information as possible. For instance; if the wind would take down the phone communication, an address would be used. Or should a solar flame stop cell phones from working, a home number might be called.
