Log-in Issues

On several occasions a volunteer has told me they cannot sign-in. They have either forgotten their user name or their password. This post will take one through the steps needed for log-in issues.

Forgot your Password?

1. Go to the log-in page: https://volunteerconection.redcross.org

2.  Left click on the blue "Click here" text

3. A Reset Password window should now be open that offers you two options to reset your password; "Enter your registered username" and "Enter your registered e-mail".

3a. If you left click in the circle before the words Enter your registered username you will see a place to enter your username.

 Be sure to click on Submit when you are finished.

An e-mail will now be send to the e-mail address that you on your VC profile. Follow the directions in the e-mail to reset your password.

Forgot your user name?
If you forget your user name you can contact a VC Administrator. If you do not know the name of the Administrator in your area, contact your local Red Cross office. For those of you in my area, feel free to contact me. I am always happy to help.

Additional note: Administrators cannot see your password. They can only see your user name.
